What we do

We work closely with contractors, builders, architects, and engineers on projects of all kinds. From schools, hospitals, and industrial and commercial buildings to retail sites, apartment complexes and residences - new construction or renovation.

Our motto is "If you need to climb it, we can get you there". We get you there with stair and railing systems of steel, aluminum, brass, stainless, and wood, beautifully fabricated and built to last. We can deliver your system unfinished, painted, high polished, color anodized, or directionally finished.

Our pride in workmanship shows in neat weld and joints, sanded so smooth as to be undetectable.

Who we are

Accidental Anomalies is a company whose performance belies its name. Starting as a one man part-time business in 1989, we have built a reputation as one of northern new england's leading fabricators of custom stairs and handrail systems.

Our reputation has been made not from "unexpected irregular happenings by chance", but rather by following the most general rule of business success - satisfy your customer with top quality work and good services at a fair price. That is what we do, job after job, year in and year out.

How we do it

We like to be involved early on in your project to advise you on design options and needed space. Give us your plans and we'll execute them to exacting precision. If all you have is an idea or concept, we'll do the design and provide full shop drawings, independently checked by a qualified structural engineer.

We are used to difficult, challenging situations and especially excel on jobs that require multi-directional curves and angles.

At Accidental Anomalies, we never say "can't".
