The beam provides a concentrated heat source, allowing for narrow and deeper welds while also allowing for a high weld rate. In addition to the decrease in production times, our welds allow us to create a stronger but lighter product.

Laser Welding of precision sheet metal parts and stainless steel parts are performed routinely by Accidental Anomalies. This process is outstanding for welding miniature components together. Since no filler is used, the components to be welded need to be fairly precise ( e.g. tol +/- .003” ).
